How do I know if I’m a good candidate for NJ SOLAR POWER’S solar energy services?
If you want to save money on your electric bill and lock in your electricity costs for a minimum of 20 years, NJ Solar has the appropriate solution to fit your needs. Shading should be minimal, or you should be willing to trim or remove trees that may affect the solar system. Roof age should be no older than ten years. Ideal performance for Solar Systems includes Southern exposure between ESE and WSW. The panels can be mounted on flat surfaces as well as pitched. A “perfect” orientation for a solar system in New Jersey is approximately 192 degrees “true” (or 180 degrees magnetic”) and the tilt angle of approximately 37 degrees. As we move away from the “perfect” scenario, system performance may decrease slightly. How do I know if my location receives enough solar energy to make electricity?
Solar energy can be turned into Solar Electricity almost anywhere in the world. How efficient your solar system will be is what matters. Efficiency is dependent upon multiple factors including shading, the orientation, and tilt angle of the system used to power your facility, the available area to install your system and of course, what your annually electric consumption is today.
